3 Dimensions of Burnout (Maslach Model)
According to Christina Maslach, burnout consists of three elements:
1. Emotional Exhaustion
- You feel drained of energy already in the morning.
- You feel like you "have nothing left to offer" others.
- Every task seems beyond your strength.
